Intellectual property rights
ERES is sole owner of the eres.fr domain name. The Site qualifies for protection under the intellectual property rights laws. The Site as a whole and all of the elements within it (texts, tree structures, software, animations, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, logos, etc.) are the sole property of ERES, which is the only entity authorized to make use of the intellectual property rights related to its ownership.
Use of all or part of the Site, notably through downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or communication of its contents, for any use other than your own personal and private non-commercial use is strictly prohibited. Violation of these stipulations is punishable under the Intellectual Property Code and the Penal Code as an infringement of copyright and trademark rights, as well by the Civil Code for questions of legal liability.
The brand names and domain names as well as the drawings and clothing designs shown on the Site are the exclusive property of ERES.
