Intellectual property rights
ERES is sole owner of the eres.fr domain name. The Site qualifies for protection under the intellectual property rights laws. The Site as a whole and all of the elements within it (texts, tree structures, software, animations, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, logos, etc.) are the sole property of ERES, which is the only entity authorized to make use of the intellectual property rights related to its ownership.
Use of all or part of the Site, notably through downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or communication of its contents, for any use other than your own personal and private non-commercial use is strictly prohibited.
